What is TPT?

The Patch Technique builds Body-Mind-Soul balance as follows: with this technique we learn how to notice and transform the negative thought patterns in our minds. The aim of this process is our communication with ourselves, the subconscious programmes that form our mental map, and the establishment of our inner balance.

Communication is not merely the exchange of feelings, thoughts and information between people. What makes communication natural, effective, warm and sincere is the spirit. Only when we understand our spirit can we master communication.

The human brain is like a personal computer centre that each of us carries. Your brain believes most what you say most often. When you become aware of how you create your limiting thought patterns and reach the ability to change them, your Body-Mind-Soul balance will reach the summit within you.
